4. Payments & Fees
Fees for our services are as outlined in our service agreements and may be subject to change with notice.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due as per the agreed schedule
- Late payments may incur penalties
- All fees are in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
- Payment methods include M-Pesa, and Bank Transfer
Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
- Unused services may be eligible for refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing
- Processing time is 7-14 business days
Note: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability

Stemfard API provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stemfard API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stemfard API from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

- Outstanding payments become due

7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and services are the exclusive property of Stemfard API. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit our content without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
