Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Build and scale our AI-powered STEM education platform using Next.js, Python, and cloud technologies. As a key member of our Engineering team, you'll work on cutting-edge technology that powers personalized STEM learning experiences for students worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable full-stack solutions using Next.js and React
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with Python/FastAPI
• Optimize database performance and query efficiency (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on feature development
• Ensure application security and data protection compliance
• Monitor and improve application performance and user experience

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Strong Python development skills with experience in FastAPI or Django
• Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Strong database design and optimization skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
